The Sales Support Representative (Chat) is responsible for handling inbound sales, engaging with customers, and closing sales deals. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

 

This is an onsite position at our site, Sanctum, in North EDSA, Quezon City.

 

What does a day in the life as a Sales Chat Support Representative look like?

Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, or chatAnswer inbound sales inquiriesSell and upsell variety of products and servicesProvides accurate information about products and services to customersNegotiate and closes sales deals over the phoneIdentifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products or servicesMaintains accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM systemResolves customer issues in a timely and efficient mannerFollows up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfactionContinuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modulesCollaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issuesMaintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all timesAdheres to company policies and proceduresMeets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s Performs other duties as assigned

 

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Chat Support Representative?

Undergraduates are welcome to applyPrevious experience in an inbound sales role or equivalent, preferably in the call center environmentExperience supporting customers via phone, chat and email preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong negotiation and sales skillsProficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRMMust be amenable to work onsiteWilling to work on a night shift
