Metro Manila, Philippines MSI PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL PHILIPPINES REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE Full time

Duties and responsibilities:

· Able to manage 1 call and 2 chats at the same time

· Able to answer web tickets within the shift

· Amenable to shifting schedule

· Able to come to work for 6 days a week.

· Able to come to work for 9 working hours per day (Including a 1-hour break), may adjust if needed.

· Able to come to work on Holidays and Weekends



Requirements:

· Good command of written and oral English.

· Experience in a call center is a must.

· Must possess technical knowledge in gaming computers and laptops is a must.

· Able to multi-task.

· Cooperate with shift arrangement and office discipline.
