As a Customer Service Representative, you will service customers through emails, phone calls, and live chat. Key job functions include meeting customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, proposing resolutions, and providing feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements include at least a High School Graduate, 3 months phone/voice and 3 months chat experience in a BPO setup, fluent English with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
