What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure efficient and courteous serviceMonitor restaurant inventory and place orders for supplies as neededResolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise during serviceAssist with training and development of restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performanceEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulationsContribute to the creation and implementation of new menu items, promotions, and dining experiencesCollaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies for improving overall restaurant operationsWhat we're looking for
