Job Title: Kitchen Manager/Kitchen Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager/Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Vikings Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely food preparation, presentation, and service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM and/or Culinary Arts.
  • Extensive experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry, preferably with Korean and Japanese culinary experience.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, and costings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
