Job Description – Operations Assistant

 

Overview

BizRA Global Solutions, Inc. is an offshoring and outsourcing company focused on providing innovative business process outsourcing and customer engagement solutions. The company is headquartered in the center of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City, Philippines. Successful candidate will be supporting the Operations and Commercial Team of our main client, Telcoin. Telcoin, with its head office in the United States, is a global financial service company via blockchain technology, legacy banking, and mobile financial services infrastructure. You will report to VP - Operations of Telcoin (in the UK) and CEO of BizRA (BGC, Taguig).

 

Your Role

You will be responsible for filing all documentations in the right places on the Google Drive, from invoices to board papers, all other operational documents. You will need to make sure that all corporate documents must be correctly linked onto the right Confluence page.You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. You will administer the Confluence and Jira for the company. You will create new projects and pages, and make sure that all tickets are allocated in Jira and Confluence.You should be able to provide orientations to employees regarding the creation, use and maintenance of reports and information in Jira and Confluence.You will be the main source of documentation for all the entities of Telcoin and to the entire global operations. You will maintain comprehensive and accurate records for the company and should be able to process requests to provide relevant information immediately.You will ensure that projects are prioritized and are well coordinated with all the internal and external stakeholdersYou will coordinate with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each commercial projectsYou will be providing reports and presentations for internal communications.You will perform other duties as may be assigned and reflected in the incumbent’s workplan.

 

You will need

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or other fields At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in leadership role. Preferably in a financial and regulatory compliance environment.Excellent written and verbal communications.Good computer skills with sound knowledge of common word-processing, spreadsheets and software used in multilateral organizations. Mastery in Google product suites including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Forms.Good knowledge of processing and project administration activities. Knowledge and experience with Confluence and Jira.Good coordination and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds.Ability to liaise, work effectively and interact in a professional manner with staff within own work location, and with other stakeholders.Ability to quickly understand the role and function of the Operations Office and the organization's purpose.Good working knowledge of procedures, formats and standards relevant in the performance of work.Ability to exercise judgment on matters of confidentiality and those requiring urgent attention, especially in the supervisor's absence.
