Position Summary

Responsible for observing casino and resort operations for irregular activities such as cheating or theft by either employees or patrons. Required to provide verbal and written reports of all violations and suspicious behavior to the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in supporting, coaching & developing new and less experienced team membersAssist in building the self-confidence of less experienced team members through support and guidanceAssist in maintaining effective reporting procedures by ensuring all reports are completed in a timely manner and filed appropriately, keeping appropriate Team Members informed at all timesAnalyze information from information technology systemsAssist in evaluating and analyzing information from multiple sources, including CCTV, ACSC, Micros, Patron/Team Member Databases, Digital, available statistics, etc.Assist in responding to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systemsAssist in maintaining control and confidentiality of Surveillance and computer systemsOperate Central Monitoring/Communication ConsoleAssist in observing and analyzing non-gaming, gaming, and cash handling areas using advanced IT systems in accordance with standard operating procedures – ACSC, MICROS, Table Touch, IVIEW, SynecticsAssist in labeling, filing, documentation, and store recording mediums – reports, CD ROMs, and Evidence.Assist in reviewing gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with, and integrity of the Gaming operation has been maintainedEnsure that appropriate equipment is functioning and submit appropriate reports when equipment is not functioningAssist in operating advanced IT systems and communication equipment in accordance with operating requirements; Security Alarm system; Radio networkSurvey Team Members / Customers Activity from the Monitor RoomAssist in monitoring Team Members and customers in accordance with the “Company Code of Ethics, Conduct and Professional Behaviors” policiesAssist in monitoring the illegal or suspicious activity of Team Members and customers within the complex/s, gaming, and cash handling areas, ensuring detected activities are reported to appropriate Team MembersAssist in monitoring, analyzing, and reviewing gaming and cash handling activities, including high action, junket activity, count procedures, point of sale, etc.Assist in monitoring the integrity of gaming and cash handling functions through observing and reporting procedural violations, reviewing equipment, auditing transactions and table games hold percentages, etc.Report on illegal activitiesAssist in monitoring, detecting, and reporting irregular, suspicious, and illegal activities, ensuring appropriate Team Members are informedAssist in documenting all illegal activities using recording mediums and the appropriate electronic reporting systems

Qualification and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Casino & Cash Handling/experience – understanding/detection of illegal activities pursuant to Casino.Report writing; familiar with basic computers applications/window-based operating systems, primarily Microsoft outlook, suit, excel, and word, knowledge of Casino Systems inclusive of but not limited to; ACSC, MICROS, CCTV, Table Touch, CHUBB, IVIEW, and Synectics

Experienced required

Minimum of 1-year experience in CCTV/surveillance and/or Casino

Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, GY) – 2 Days Off
