Overview

Manages office services and concerns of offices/workplaces (employee and guest touchpoints).

 

Functions

Manages concierge (concern handling) and housekeeping (upkeep) services in offices, lobbies, CRs, guest lounges, pantry, admin and locker rooms, meeting/conference rooms, parking facilities, etc.Act as Point of Contact to the lessor or property management offices of leased offices.Ensure DITO brand and house rules are maintained in all offices (HQ, regional offices). Ensures regular updating and enforcement of house rules in all offices.Manages offices in HQ and regional offices (housekeeping, concern handling, guest and room management)Manages workplace/office concerns of employees and executives, and collaborates with other groups (Finance, HR, Marketing, Stores).Manages guests and front desk/concierge services (receptionists/front desk officers) and office amenities (executive and guests lounges, main pantry, food and beverages, meeting room reservation).Handles employees and workplace communication processes and advisories.Manages parking reservation, utilization and allocation of corporate offices.Handles billing and payment process for service vendors under offices.Manages Purchase Requisition and PO issuance process of office requirements.Manages Lease Negotiation and Contract maintenance of offices under OFM.Manages operational and regulatory compliance documents (control and safekeeping) for OFM including Permits, Leases, Vendor Contracts, Policies and Procedure ManualsPrepares and consolidates yearly CAPEX and OPEX budget.Handling of workplace accidents/incidents and/or employees and collaborating with EHS, Clinic and HR.

 

Employment Standards

BS in Business Administration or any Management course (customer-oriented or hospitality courses)At least 3-yr. relevant experience in office and property management
