An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join our nationwide team as a Division Head in our Retail Banking Group. This role is not just integral to the success of our organisation, but also significantly impactful for our esteemed clients. What you'll do:
As a Division Head in our Retail Banking Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing branch banking operations and driving business development across your assigned area. Your focus will be on profitability through account solicitation, promoting bank products, ensuring compliance with policies, setting sales goals, coordinating sales plans, and monitoring performance. You will work closely with store managers to develop comprehensive sales plans and calendars for each store. Your role will be integral to enhancing our overall strategy.
- Oversee branch banking operations, supervision & maintenance of branches in the assigned area
- Drive business development and generate profitability and income for these branches
- Solicit accounts from prospective clients and maintain existing accounts
- Promote bank products, loans & services for the Division
- Plan, organise, direct, coordinate, and control the activities of stores under the division to attain overall objectives
- Set sales and profitability objectives and directions of the whole division in support of the objectives of the Region and the Bank in general
- Coordinate with store manager in developing comprehensive sales plan and sales calendar for each store
- Monitor actual sales and profitability performance of each store versus set targets
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Division Head role brings a wealth of experience in sales, governance and compliance, customer service and relationship management. With strong leadership skills honed over at least five years in a related field, you are adept at mentoring others. Knowledge of the T24 system would be beneficial. Your ability to plan, organise, direct, coordinate, and control activities effectively will be key to your success in this role.

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field
