Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support for Sales Teams: 

• Supporting sales teams with technical expertise during the sales cycle. 

• Assisting in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by creating BOQ and any other related documents.

2. Solution Design: 

• Developing custom solutions and configurations to address specific customer needs.

3. Proof of Concept (PoC): 

• Leading and managing PoC installations to demonstrate product capabilities in collaboration with product and solutions team. 

• Ensuring the PoC aligns with customer expectations and resolves their issues. 

4. Collaboration: 

• Collaborating with product and solutions teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development. 

5. Technical Documentation: 

• Creating technical documentation, including product datasheets, whitepapers, and user guides. 

• Developing and maintaining a repository of technical resources for the sales team. 

6. Customer Relationship Management: 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. 

7. Engineering Design: 

• Overseeing the engineering design process, ensuring that design meet technical requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines 

8. Quality Assurance: 

• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that design and engineering deliverables meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations

 

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: 

• In a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 

Professional Experience 

• Technical Experience: 

Experience in a technical role, such as systems/network engineering, or technical support. Experience with service delivery, implementation, or managed services is highly beneficial.  
 Sales Experience: -At least 3 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical sales support role. Proven track record of supporting sales teams and contributing to successful sales deals. Technical Skills • Service Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the specific services offered by the company Understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools used in delivering these services.Solution Design: Ability to design and architect service solutions that meet customer requirements. Familiarity with creating service proposals, including technical and business aspects. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant technical domains Ability to perform technical assessments and evaluations. Soft Skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose customer issues and develop effective solutions. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.  Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 

 Additional Qualifications • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Technical Certifications:  Preferred but not required, Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other technology-specific certifications.
