I. PURPOSE

This role is a technical role handling Customer Experience, Unified Communications, and Collaboration technologies and targets at performing technical role.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technology Engineer, your job, duties, and responsibilities are as follows:

Responsible for implementing and supporting customer deployments and projects under assigned technologies.
Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of customer deployments including low level diagram, architecture, configurations, deployment templates, and handing over to Support Group upon completion.
Responsible for troubleshooting of advanced and complex applications and integrations
Responsible for performing knowledge transfer of delivered solutions to client.
Responsible for providing consultation and phone/email/onsite technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for providing timely progress reports on activities to appropriate project managers/service delivery managers and other senior members of the technical and management staff. In addition, responsible for properly updating service desk tickets timely and efficiently.
Responsible for following OneInitiative framework. OneInitiative framework is Trends' guidelines in executive business processes.

As a Technology Engineer, you are expected to:
Work closely with project managers to manage project delivery driving efficient project execution within timeline
Collaborate with service delivery managers to provide excellent support and service delivery driving customer satisfaction.
Team up with presales team and/or other teams to provide low-level technical details on offered solution.

III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year IT-related courses:
BS in Electronics Engineering
BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering
BS in Information Technology
BS in Computer Engineering
BS in Computer Science
BS in Information System

B. Minimum Experience/Training
Good understanding of basic routing and switch and voice over IP technologies is a plus
Have a passion for customer satisfaction and can manage customer's needs and expectations.

C. Competency
Working knowledge of any current technologies supported: Cisco, Logi, Poly, Huawei, Genesys is a plus
Working knowledge on any Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Contact Center technologies is a plus

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
Office hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:30 AM to 6:00PM
May need to work beyond office hours
Location: Makati City
May need to report on-site to client premise
