  • Analyze customer situations to make sound and logical decisions, ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction, and update customer accounts as necessary.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience in a business process outsourcing or contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati.
