Job Summary: 

As an System Analyst at SKYBRIDGE PAYMENT INC., you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business needs and the technical solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable specifications for IT projects. Your expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating effective communication between business users and technical teams will be essential in driving successful IT initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches.Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.Utilizing IT data for business insights and analyzing business needs.Sourcing and implementing new business technology.Producing reports on application development and implementation.Running tests and analyzing data to inform business decisions.Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specificationsSuggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changesConduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issuesEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Own and deliver the new feature and/or functionality required by the product owner via requirements gathering,Perform UAT and pre-deployment assessment and review. Obtain formal agreement by stakeholders and recipients to scope and requirements and establish a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commenceUnderstand strategic needs, and business system tools initiatives including planning, designing, and delivering agreed results and plans for growth.Analyze complex business problems and apply expertise to identify resolutions while working with stakeholders to identify and achieve agreement on their needs and objectives.Generate Service Requirement Document that would include detailed product and technical specifications (Process Workflow, Sequence Diagram, Data mapping, Product rules, etc.)Act as the first line of support for subject matter expertise for the applications for both internal users and external clients, potentially liaising with merchant partners and providing the management of any surfaced issues to satisfactory resolution and production.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge in APIExperience in Payment/Financial Technologies industry is a plusAbility to create process flow based on business requirementsAbility to translate business requirements to functional specificationDegree in Information Technology or any related courseAt least 2 years’ experience as IT Business Analyst / System Analyst or any related position Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variablesAbility to be an effective team member and display initiativeCan work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessaryUnderstanding of the following: Software Development; Database Relationship Management; Project ManagementUnderstands technical solutions to new or highly complex problems that cannot be solved using existing methods or approaches.Needs to understand payment gateway architecture and technical areas well enough so they understand how the requirements can be implemented in the current system. Provide mentoring support to Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practicesFinance or payments experience and detailed technical writing capabilities.Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, or associated frameworksIdeally with product management experience and past or current experience with product management.
