  • To constantly assist, support and monitor deployed assets such as uniforms, IDs, courier bags, raincoats, and other accessories related to functions. 
  • To ensure that all Assets related records are maintained accurately and updated timely by Asset team members. These documents must match with the records of the user or PIC – duly signed and acknowledged and are kept updated as necessary 
  • Collaborate with local hubs delivery to ensure timeliness of asset distribution and replenishment when required. 
  • Make recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Fleet Asset assignment Process & Scheduling, 
  • Identify initiatives that will help both Fleet and HUBs manage the asset and improve life span
  • Responsible in processing clearance of terminated SPs.
  • Process request for surety bond emergency release.
  • Ensure load replenishment of Service Partners and handle relative concerns related to it.
