- Assign new leads to sales agents
- Manage CRM
- Handle admin tasks and documentary requirements of clients such as accreditation, endorsements, and government/ client biddings.
- Draft, maintain, and update & file client contracts.
- Facilitate signing, notarization, and delivery of contracts to clients.
- Monitor contract expiration and facilitate client requirements for renewal.
- Prepare sales report
Qualifications:
Degree in Business related courses such as business administration, marketing, advertising, office management and technology.0-2 years experience.Effective listening comprehension, verbal, written communication and negotiation skillsExcellent customer service skills, organizational skills & highly analyticalOpen for Fresh GraduatesWilling to work in Diliman Quezon City Can Start ASAP
