JOB QUALIFICATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Billing & CollectionMonitor & Track accounts with AR balances.Send out overdue notices to clients.Visit and reach out to clients with aging payments. Updating of Account information in the system. Application and validation of variances in client's Invoice.Freezing, deleting, and writing off of accounts.Turn over the list of accounts for legal action.Experience & Familiarity with the collection procedure is desired but not required. AdminMonitor, review, and update client records in the system.Approval of new account following the guidelines set by the management.Attending to regional admin concernsProviding administrative assistance to department members and director Other administrative tasks such as answering emails/calls, preparing and submitting reports, etc.Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be willing to work on a weekend in a five (5) day work week. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
