Job Description:

  • Process payroll of all employees
  • Audit Petty Cash Report of employees
  • Prepare financial report
  • Must be able handle cash and report expenses
  • Handle purchasing and payment of suppliers
  • Posting ads for personnel requirements
  • Organizing employees personal files and process new hires
  • Conduct inventory of supplies and tools
  • Meet with buyers and process paperwork
  • Process pertinent documents in various Government Agencies such as BIR, City Hall, Register of Deeds,  and other Establishments,  (Meralco and Manila Water).
  • Filing and other administrative work
  • Managing Executive's personal affairs such as (but not limited to): managing, hiring and training of household employees; preparing for family events and activities; making purchases for family members; conducting bank transactions;  etc…

    Qualifications:

    • At least Highschool Graduate but prefer with college level education
    • Work experience in the same capacity is a plus but not a requirement
    • Willing to undergo training and sign a confidentiality agreement
    • Must know Microsoft Office Word and Excel
    • Knowledge in CAD and Adobe Photoshop is a big plus (not a requirement)
    • Willing to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.
    • Have no problem reporting to Executive's residence in Quezon City daily. (Lunch will be provided)
    • High organizational skills and time management skills is a must 
    • Detailed oriented and able to follow instructions
    • Dedicated and very responsible
