We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a diverse set of tasks, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Office Management:Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.Event Planning:Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.Arrange logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings.Project Assistance:Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Personal Assistance:Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as needed.Manage personal schedules and appointments for executives.Assist with household management and coordination of personal events.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.Skills:Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Personal Attributes:Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.Professional demeanor and appearance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
