Job Description:

Process payroll of all employeesAudit Petty Cash Report of employeesPrepare financial reportMust be able handle cash and report expensesHandle purchasing and payment of suppliersPosting ads for personnel requirementsOrganizing employees personal files and process new hiresConduct inventory of supplies and toolsMeet with buyers and process paperworkProcess pertinent documents in various Government Agencies such as BIR, City Hall, Register of Deeds, and other Establishments, (Meralco and Manila Water).Filing and other administrative workManaging Executive's personal affairs such as (but not limited to): managing, hiring and training of household employees; preparing for family events and activities; making purchases for family members; conducting bank transactions; etc... Qualifications: At least Highschool Graduate but prefer with college level educationWork experience in the same capacity is a plus but not a requirementWilling to undergo training and sign a confidentiality agreementMust know Microsoft Office Word and ExcelKnowledge in CAD and Adobe Photoshop is a big plus (not a requirement)Willing to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.Have no problem reporting to Executive's residence in Quezon City daily. (Lunch will be provided)High organizational skills and time management skills is a must Detailed oriented and able to follow instructionsDedicated and very responsible
