- Prepare and organize Compliance Officer’s meetings, including goals, agenda, participants, and any other variables.
- Maintains the Compliance Department’s records.
- Perform such other functions or responsibilities deemed necessary for the advancement and successful implementation of the tasks imposed herein, as may be assigned by and under the supervision and control of the Compliance Officer.
