Job Summary:
The Administrative Staff will provide essential support across various departments, focusing on safety and occupational health, compliance and regulatory affairs, and general administrative duties. This role ensures smooth operations by handling routine tasks efficiently and proactively addressing the needs of different teams within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety and Occupational Health:
Assist with medical reimbursements.Conduct water testing and manage the inventory and dispensing of medicines.Facilitate hospital referrals and support emergency preparedness and response activities.Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Manage and oversee compliance requirements, including permits.Handle the processing and renewal of sanitary permits, fire inspections, and business permits.Administration Support:
Maintain records management systems.Oversee office and facilities management, including pantry and office supplies, and pest control.Provide support for transportation, accommodation, and communication services, including air travel, visa processing, and contract management for accommodations.Manage cellphone lines and attendance screening for calls.Check PR and SOA for the Admin team.Provide administrative support to purchasing in terms of document preparation and routing.
Job Specifications
Must be a graduate of Commerce, Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, or equivalent from a reputable college/university.At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.Proficient communication skills (both written and oral).Competent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Organized with excellent time management abilities.Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to work.Works well under pressure and has a high tolerance for stress.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to people.Dynamic and adaptable to changing work requirements.-
