We are looking for an efficient Warehouse staff who possess good organizational and communication skills – proficient in Fukien, Filipino, and English language. This position is primarily responsible for warehouse inspection, inventory reports, and daily office management.

 

Key responsibilities:

- Receiving, organizing, processing and inventorying of warehouse stock products

- Ensure the accuracy of goods received and dispatched, regularly conduct inventory checks, and report stock data in a timely manner.

- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse area, ensuring the proper stacking and storage of items according to safety regulations.

- Arrange material dispatch and deliveries according to sales needs.

- Maintain relevant warehouse records and ensure that physical stock matches the system.

- Moves, stocks, scans, and records product inventory

- Meeting regulatory compliance requirements

- Maintaining equipment

- Identifying any missing or defective products

- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues

- Assist in completing other warehouse-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

- Full Philippines working rights who can speak Fukien, Filipino, and English,

- Excellent in coordinating and communicating with colleagues

- Attention to detail

- Organized

- Knowledgeable in preparing inventory reports

- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to handle pressure.

- Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a warehouse environment.
