For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Process Control, or related coursesProficiency in Materials Selection and Understanding.Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To identify customer documentation requirements and specifications, and review customer data and documentation requirements against factory standards.To enter data, orders, and items into business systems.To submit requests for product model setups.To advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.To escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.To participate in projects related to quality improvement such as Think Customer, Quality Management System, Perfect Execution, etc.
