In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:

  • Manage Oracle Learn System for EMSS L&D Corp Programs (Enrollment, Attendance, Notifications).

  • Generate data and reports as requested for Core Curriculum and Leadership Development.

  • Manage Database of Learners and Programs for Core Curriculum and Leadership Development.

  • Create and maintain Power BI L&D Dashboard.

  • Create training schedules while coordinating with Internal and External Facilitators, Producers, Speakers for scheduling and dry runs.

  • Manages and updates the Training Calendar file.

  • Consolidate and compute program fees, and cost of training materials for internal and external programs.

  • Raises PR/PO before the start of trainings for external programs and checking of billing details in the vendor contracts before submitting the invoice.

  • Send training charge out report every 15 th of the month, including administration of no-show fees.

  • Submit accurate end of FY accrual report.

  • Manages queries received via the following channels: Learning and Development Mailbox, Manila IT Ticketing System (MITS), Outlook, Webex, and MS Teams

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • College Degree, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Psychology.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development virtual training administration, Learning Management System preferably in the Share Services industry.

  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to manage and adapt in an extremely busy and frequently changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

  • Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse teams.

  • L&D Practitioner from any Shared Services or Global Business Services.

  • Training coordination experience.
