• Prepare lease agreements and manage lease renewals.
• Monitor rent payments and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain accurate records of property expenses and tenant information.
• Assist with property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.
• Other Adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
Virtual Assistant for Sales Management
Job Summary:
