About the Role

 Based in our Manilla office, the ICT Senior Support Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and assisting with the management of international IT systems. 

This includes support for the management and maintenance of employees’ Microsoft 365 accounts, onboarding and offboarding employees, providing first-tier and second-tier user support, and overseeing hardware and software installation and deployment. The role ensures the efficient functioning of our digital infrastructure and supports the productivity of our global workforce across various time zones.

This role is service-oriented, dedicated to quickly and effectively helping users troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software challenges, including assisting with knowledge gaps. 

Additionally, the ICT Senior Support Officer will audit and monitor AAT's global device assets, establish and communicate standards for hardware procurement and use of hardware warranties, and play a proactive role in identifying and implementing improvements to ensure the long-term efficiency, security, and scalability of IT systems across our international operations.

 

Responsibilities

Respond efficiently, effectively, and professionally to support requests, providing Tier 1/2 services and troubleshooting. Escalate Tier 3 support to ICT managed services providers.Deliver timely ICT support during employee onboarding/offboarding.Establish an internal helpdesk and ticketing system to enhance employee troubleshooting management.Administer application licenses, permissions, and appropriate settings within our Office 365 tenancy.Administer SharePoint folders and help manage content architectures/content.Collaborate with the management team, ICT managed services providers, and external IT partners to develop and train staff on ICT policies, cybersecurity practices, and platforms. Track compliance and ensure staff awareness of critical IT security issues.Maintain a global registry of ICT hardware and software.Create insightful reports for management on relevant ICT matters.Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features and technologies.Provide generalist support for printers, scanners, audio/visual setups, and mobile devices.Support strategic initiatives to leverage technology for business process improvement, cost reduction, enhanced customer experience, and improved productivity.Assist with the administration of a wide range of additional platforms, including Wrike, HubSpot CRM, Adobe, and other relevant applications.

 

What You Need to Succeed

A relevant tertiary level qualification in IT, Computer Science or another relevant field or equivalent demonstrated work experienceA minimum of five years of demonstrated work experience relevant to the role, with sound technical knowledge of Office 365 tenancy management and Windows infrastructure.Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely using Remote Access Software, and providing Tier 1/2 support.Fluent in professional English with strong communication skills for supporting an international workforce.Highly developed interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Microsoft 365 certification is highly desirableWhile the bulk of work will be conducted during normal business hours, reasonable availability to provide assistance to employees in different time zones, and for emergency response, will also be needed
