Minimum typical education

Preferably with Banking and Customer Service Experience; Contact Center experience in a bank or financial industry

Core Professional/ Technical Competencies RequiredAbilities:Proficient in Microsoft OfficeHas a sense of urgency and result-oriented

Effective Oral & Written CommunicationAble to deliver what is expected
