For This Role, You Will Need:

•   Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
•   2 years of relevant experience in customer support.
•   1 year experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•   Excellent communication and typing skills.
•   Able to multi-task
•   Detail oriented

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•   To navigate effectively within multiple tools, receivable systems and internal processes (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
•   To enter data, orders, and items into the Business System
•   To perform customer related financial transactions such as credit and debit memos in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
•   To attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
•   To acknowledge customer complaints in emails, calls, chats and provide solutions to customers.
•   To log individual productivity daily.
