The Customer Retention Officer's role is significantly important as it relates to retention of customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assisting with customer retention and borrower hardship mattersManaging the day-to-day operations of the Retention inboxResponding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and faxProviding timely and accurate resolution to Mortgage Managers' enquiries and disputesEscalating complex issues to relevant departments as neededCommunicating with other teams to ensure clear understanding of messages and initiativesPreparing letters and updating internal systems as requiredPerforming ad-hoc tasks as needed to achieve business goals

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the related fieldWith Australian Mortgage experience is an advantageStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent customer care skillsGood planning, organising and problem-solving skillsResults drivenStrong team player
