The Position: We’re looking for a Customer Support Collections Executive.

Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree.At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service-relatedPreferably handling billing & finance concernsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to foster and maintain relationshipsOrganizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at oncePositive, service-oriented attitudeAbility to solve customer problemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customerAbility to take the extra mile to engage customers

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfactionFoster and maintain relationships with customers to improve the retention rateInteracts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information about the services.Handle customer billing complaints by clarifying the issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMaintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or commentsEscalate advanced cases to the Operations team for resolution by providing necessary background information.

 

Office Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
