Location: Philplans Corporate Center | Penthouse Floor (BGC, Taguig City)
Set Up: Work Onsite (Mondays to Friday)
Schedule: Night Shift/Graveyard (8PM - 5AM)
Responsibilities:
Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosisDesktop connectivity troubleshootingApplication installation and supportPrinter installation and supportClient VPN installation and supportO365 Administration Support (User management)Desktop antimalware administration and resolutionActive Directory user management and troubleshootingWith experience or knowledge on onboarding and offboarding users
Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk SupportKnowledge in troubleshooting on Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User ManagementMust have good to excellent written/verbal communication skillsAt least 1 year experience in handling global/international clientsAdded Advantage:
MCSA, AZ-900 or Network+, ITIL foundation
