Conducts comparative industry salary studies and other special studies and analysis related to officer compensation and benefits. Handles all salary movements related to hiring, promotion, merit review, retirement and separation of employees of the Bank.


Role Exposure:
 

Conducts annual review of Bank officers’ compensation processes and programs (salary structure and increases) to develop a rational salary systemRecommends merit increases for officers on an anniversary (date of hiring) basis according to policy guidelines, prepare and release letters to respective heads.Prepares and implements compensation packages of all officers
