Customer Support and Issue Resolution
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via various communication channels, including:Inbound and outbound email (e.g., Zendesk)Inbound online chatOutbound and inbound phone callsPromptly respond to customer inquiries, support requests, and technical issues.Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported problems by actively listening and analyzing the situation. Provide appropriate solutions and ensure timely resolution.Escalation Management
Document and escalate issues or technical queries to the Level 2 team as required.Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of Re-Leased products, including their features, functionality, and integrations.Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements to effectively support customer inquiries.Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Onboarding and Project Support
Build and maintain key company relationships.Assist with data processing for onboarding new clients as required.Perform administrative tasks as required.Complete other tasks as reasonably requested by management in connection with Re-Leased business.Live the Values
