Juggling the Books and Balancing the Acts of Global Finance
General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and international accounting standards.Accounts Payable: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, manage vendor relationships, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.Accounts Receivable: Oversee the billing process, track outstanding invoices, manage collections, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely revenue recording.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist with financial forecasts and budget preparation.Month-End and Year-End Closings: Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational corporation or a fast-paced environment. Experience with sports event financial management is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently or as part of a team.The Best Seats in the House—Perks That Put You in the Spotlight
