- Processing and reporting of government mandatory benefits, health and accident insurances.
- Responsible in ensuring that all employees are aware of company's policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all disciplinary cases are handled and monitored consistently and accurately based on the lead time.
- Provides current and new employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and employee benefits.
- DTR validation and checking.
- Coordinate with the Admin Manager/General Manager on the processing of all benefits due to employees
- Check and validate ATM and Cash payroll, Assist in releasing salaries for employees who have no ATM Cards
- Monitors facilitation and processing of employee benefits (Such as bereavement assistance, Emergency Cash Advances, etc.)
- Generation and distribution of payslips
- Prepares job offer / employment contracts
- Conducts employee orientation and exit interviews
- Identify the employees/department training needs.
- Recommend trainings offered by providers based on the employees/department requests.
- Handles a variety of office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations
- Organize events such as team building, out for good, Christmas Party, Monthly-themed events, etc.
