  • Monitors facilitation and processing of employee benefits (Such as bereavement assistance, Emergency Cash Advances, etc.)
  • Generation and distribution of payslips
  • Prepares job offer / employment contracts
  • Conducts employee orientation and exit interviews
  • Identify the employees/department training needs.
  • Recommend trainings offered by providers based on the employees/department requests.
  • Handles a variety of office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations
  • Organize events such as team building, out for good, Christmas Party, Monthly-themed events, etc.
