The Information Management Assistant is responsible for the implementation of ERP and POS of Hospitality Development Unit companies. He/she will communicate with ERP, Microsoft 365, and POS service providers for any concerns of each Unit on either the ERP and/or POS.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze the organization’s infrastructure and IT requirements.Collaborates with technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with the technology.Interfaces with Solution Providers on the needs and requirements of the business for ERP, Microsoft 365, and POS.Acts as go-between for the Company and the Solutions Provider.Monitors the progress of the training, implementation, and any issues that may arise after Go-live.Submits proposals on how to address any and all possible issues during pre- and post-implementation of the ERP, Microsoft 365, and POS.Prepares detailed reports on the progress and efficacy of the technology implemented.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
A.  Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required

B.  Work Experience

With advanced knowledge on the implementation of ERP, Microsoft 365, and POS.Understanding and experience in using database languages

C.  Skills

Proficiency with database languagesAbility to engage with and answer key questions from the ManagementGood organizational and time management skills
