Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (Individual contributor) reporting into the Tenet Strategic Marketing Group (TSMG) will develop, edit, QA marketing assets, segmentation queries and MA journeys/ nurture flows including landing pages, emails and e -newsletters. He / She will ensure seamless, multichannel, user experience and track between the company’s marketing assets and web properties as well as deploy forms on websites.

Responsibilities and Duties

Update the bi-monthly e-newsletter template, clone and localize for each of our markets and hospitalsEnsure seamless multi-channel user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties including creating, editing and deploying forms on owned websitesPersonally develop, edit and/or QA emails, marketing assets, segmentation queries and MA journeys/nurture flows for enterprise campaigns and/or local requestsDesign, launch and track online campaigns tailored to markets and personasApply code for tracking capabilities and configure related reportingProactively ensure all assets maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance including CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and American Disabilities ActRecommend more efficient ways to complete individual request tickets and apply best practices efficiently across all campaigns by leveraging templates and the capabilities of the Marketo platform including: global application, tokens, snippets, dynamic content, and artificial intelligenceAssist web team by prepping articles and creating redirects and UTMsAssist department leaders with presentations and ad hoc requests

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a strong subject matter expertise in both marketing automation and CRM technologies, passion for innovation, and the desire to create the most effective, personalized engagement programs possible.3 years of hands-on, progressive marketing automation campaign development experience and other digital platforms (CRM, analytics tools, etc.) with knowledge of best practices for email and landing page design3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, including MarketoB2C experienceExperience deploying campaigns at scale for multiple brands and/or products (service lines)Solid understanding and experience using data to develop segments and personas, creation of complex lead scores and logic-driven dynamic journeys and campaignsRetail, CPG, travel, hospitality and/or healthcare industry experience preferred

Working Conditions:
