JOB SUMMARY:

Assist the Marketing Head in the day-to-day marketing tasks including inventory management, creating sales kits, handling customer feedback and request and marketing calendar monitoring and management while in constant coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for maintaining an organized planner or calendar of future product launches. This involves tracking launch dates, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution.Shall work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all marketing collaterals (brochures, advertisements and digital content) are executed and distributed effectively. This includes coordinating design, production and distribution processes.The Marketing Supervisor will equip the sales team with the necessary information and materials to effectively sell products to new and existing clients. This may involve creating sales kits, providing product details and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Will manage the the inventory of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, promotional materials and other collaterals. This involves tracking quantities, replenishing stock and ensuring availability for sales and promotional events. Regularly updating marketing materials to reflect the latest product information, pricing and branding. This includes collaborating and coordinating with the graphic for design changes and ensuring that sales teams haver access to the most up-to-date materials. Will give support to the Marketing Head in preparing marketing reports and other administrative tasks. This involves collecting, analyzing and summarizing critical data alongside with the rest of the team.Will communicate and collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and department. Ensures promotional materials are ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics group, managing inventory, placing orders and distributing materials to the sales team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year business course Certification in multimedia, fine arts, design or marketing is a plusAt least 3-4 year(s) of solid experience in supporting operation teamsCan work with minimal supervision Has a good teamwork and leadershipExcellent in oral and written communication skills and effective in coordination skillsStrong organization skills and presentation and reporting skillsSoftware proficiency
