Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the Customer Experience LOB by generating new pipeline through:

-The creation and execution of Demand Generation "DG" campaigns against a target territory (list of accounts). The typical DG campaign execution model revolves around a combination of emails, phone calls and social touches towards targeted prospects within assigned territory.
-The execution of specialized initiatives related to existing pipeline, such as recycling/reviving discontinued / disqualified leads or nurturing aged pipeline.
The Sales Development Executive ("SDE") provides executive support to several Account Executives and is attached to the global Digital Hub. The Sales Development Executive is an active participant to the territory and account planning effort for their assigned list of accounts.

The SDE generates and qualifies leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc) as agreed with management, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned AEs for further sales progress.

Depending on the regional setup of Marketing Inbound routing rules, the SDE can be in charge of qualifying and progressing Marketing Inbound leads.

The SDE documents all campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly, working together with their manager as necessary.

The SDE will proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.

Support on follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycles.

The SDE will have the same KPIs as Sales, based on Pipeline & Revenue

Document all, the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly in alignment with expert/manager

Experience & Language Requirements

-Minimum 3 years experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
-Preferabley TeleMarketing experience, specifically high volume phone-centric work
-High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system 
-Business level English: yes

-Business level local language: yes (additional SEA language is a plus)
-Bachelor or equivalent business experience
