Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related field.Experience in photoshoot production or management and graphic editing software or tool is an advantage.Open for fresh graduates or those with 1-year experience in the related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented, with excellent time management, able to shift priorities.Must be able to troubleshoot, think and act immediately and independently.Internet and social media savvy.Ability to multitask, operate efficiently, learn, and adapt quickly.Forward thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.Highly proficient with MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing & Creatives Team with administrative and logistical work including but not limited to product inventory management, ad traffic management, payment processing, expense tracker, subscriptions, e-commerce, and photoshoot requirements.Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects.Collaborate with different departments about graphics and creative requirements to help increase brand awareness.Coordinate and cascade artworks/requirements to sales team, visual merchandising, brand management, and others to ensure alignment.Maintain archives, files, and records of the videos, images, and catalogs.Assist on photoshoots and production.Maintain marketing and creatives admin requirements, including supplies, equipment and studio calendar.
