⢠Provide process and technical consulting service to clients in deciding roadmap for business need. Generate sales leads working with sales team

⢠Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training

⢠Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.

⢠Building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.
