Salesforce Architect Job Description

Eteam Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce best practices and architecture to clients and internal teams.
  • Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce architecture that integrates with clients' ecosystems.
  • Develop solution blueprints and map Salesforce features to business requirements.
  • Provide technical governance and risk management during presales and delivery.
  • Develop creative solutions that solve clients' business and technical problems.
  • Lead project delivery and define business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop data integration, data migration, and DevOps deployment strategies.
  • Coach and establish standards for development teams during implementation.
  • Prepare demonstrations, orchestrate proof of concepts, and ensure benefit realization.
  • Manage direct reports and mentor junior team members.
  • Engage with clients' stakeholders to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plans.
  • Assess and approve external technologies for suitability.
  • Engage in practice development initiatives and run knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Identify and develop employee skill matrices to cater to pipeline demand.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in executing and delivering medium to large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projects.
  • Rapid comprehension of clients' system architecture to provide envisioned future technology stacks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solutions.
  • Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solutions across various industries.
  • Salesforce Architect and MuleSoft certifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills.
  • Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal, and contract writing.
  • Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an IT services/consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Experience with data modeling, SQL, integration with Web Services, and WSDL is an added advantage.
