The Admin Assistant for Legal & Documentation provides high-level administrative, operational, and compliance support to executive leadership and various departments across the company. This role focuses on streamlining legal workflows—including contract management, permit tracking, and corporate documentation—while overseeing general office operations for our Quezon City location. It is an ideal fit for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles sensitive matters with absolute discretion. Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, track, and manage critical agreements (including service contracts, artist agreements, NDAs, and IP forms) while maintaining a secure and organized digital and physical filing system.
- Track key legal deadlines, contract expirations, and permit renewals to ensure continuous regulatory and corporate compliance.
- Ensure contract terms and internal documentation procedures comply with company policies, internal protocols, and applicable Philippine laws.
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities maintenance for the Quezon City (E. Rodriguez) office.
- Handle sensitive legal matters, corporate records, and executive communications with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of legal documents and corporate records.
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in legal documentation, contract administration, corporate compliance, or litigation support is highly preferred.
- Experience in filing cases, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents before courts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with standard corporate legal documents, legal procedures, and Philippine laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Willing to work onsite at the company's Quezon City (E. Rodriguez) office and available to start as soon as possible.
- Working law students are encouraged to apply, as legal studies and practical exposure will be an advantage in this role.

Job Type
s: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php20,000.00
- Php25,000.00 per month
