Job Summary:

The Sr. Payroll Associate, based in Philippines (BGC,) this will be the primary location for this position. This position would be part of a payroll team that consist of 7 payroll team members who prepare and process payroll for 6500+ U.S. employees in 25 states. This position will be responsible for Biweekly payroll audit reporting, system comparison, and validations. Maintain biweekly benefit file feeds, pre payroll audits, and validation, one off adjustments and post payroll benefit reporting. Maintain a strong working relationship with US benefits department teams for Health and Welfare, 401K, Deferred Compensation and H.S.A. In addition, this position will assist in daily payroll misc. tasks as needed. This position will work closely and collaboratively with payroll team members as well as other departments, including HR and Information Technologies. This position will be a hybrid schedule 3 days in office per week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Suggest updates for Business Practice Processes as well as creating and maintaining the working process and procedure manual that relates to US payroll for benefit processes.
  • Responsible to assist on various projects/research assigned throughout the year.
  • Responsible for related payroll support for the Kronos Timekeeping system (UKG) for small, assigned grouping of employees (historical edits, missed punches, Adding New Hires, correction, notifying managers on missed punches.)
  • Reporting and maintaining payroll team metrics.
  • Responsible/ Secondary back up for majority of year-end benefit related tasks for auditing, reviewing, and W2 updates

Required Qualification and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5-year ADP Global view payroll experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English)
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Strong Excel skills also the ability to work with MS Word, Kronos, SharePoint, Global View (ADP) and SAP (a plus).
