
US Payroll Processor

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll Processing
- With US payroll processing experience in a shared services or multi-state environment is required
- Experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare-related industry is required
- Experience in a matrixed or global HR operations setting is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP payroll systems such as Workday, UKG Time and Attendance, or similar
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation) for payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll practices, federal and state tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills, with customer service orientation
- Will change to Hybrid Set-up
- Night Shift not permanent and will change to Day Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume U.S. payroll transactions including earnings, deductions, adjustments, and tax updates in accordance with company policies and federal/state labor regulations
- Validate and audit payroll data by running exception reports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution prior to submission
- Support preparation and processing of off-cycle or manual payments with required approvals and documentation
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries via ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of pay discrepancies, tax issues, and timekeeping concerns
- Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, including corrections in UKG or other systems to ensure payroll accuracy
- Generate payroll reports and support audit, compliance, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Workforce Management teams to resolve payroll-impacting issues and ensure data integrity
- Safeguard confidential payroll and employee information by adhering to strict data security and compliance protocols
- Ensure payroll activities are completed in alignment with SOX requirements, internal controls, and processing deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance payroll operations efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php33,000.00 per month
