The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects of Refletech Corporation. This role ensures that all civil works from site preparation to project completion are executed according to industry standards, safety regulations, and company requirements. The Civil Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, project management, or civil works supervision (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project, or other civil engineering software.
  • Knowledgeable in structural design, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
