As a Trainer - Learning & Development, you'll design and lead engaging training programs that strengthen agent communication and retention performance. You'll play a key role in shaping how teams connect with customers-ensuring each interaction builds loyalty and drives results.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development, with a focus on soft skills and communication
• Proven experience in Collections and Retention training is highly desirable
• Experience in telecommunications or another highly regulated industry (e.g., Energy) is desirable
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with trainees
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on communication, Collections, and Retention
• Assess training needs and create customized plans to address skill gaps
• Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
• Provide coaching and support to reinforce concepts and improve performance
• Collaborate with management and departments to identify needs and implement strategies
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development
