Job Summary:

The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the premises. They assist in minor repairs, disposal of waste, and ensuring facilities are in working order. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and operational support. The utility staff will also serve as messenger to banks, government offices, and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean restrooms, including replenishing supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
  • Dispose of garbage and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
  • Repairs and Maintenance Support:
  • Assist in basic repair tasks (e.g., fixing light bulbs, minor plumbing issues).
  • Report significant maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Support for Operations:
  • Arrange furniture or equipment for events or meetings.
  • Provide assistance during deliveries (e.g., unpacking and organizing supplies).
  • Acts as a messenger to banks, government offices, and other institutions.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely.
  • Monitor and report any potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in custodial or utility work is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of repair tools and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • With license to drive at least for motorcycle. License for 4 wheels an advantage.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Physically fit to do strenuous activities.

Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig, Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
