About the role

As a J&T Delivery Rider, you will be a key part of the Total Staffing Skills Corporation team, responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers in the Mandaluyong City Metro Manila area. This full-time position is an essential part of our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with excellent service.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operating a motorcycle or bicycle to deliver packages to customers within designated areas
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating with customers, handling package inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including pickup and drop-off times, and any package discrepancies
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed
  • Reporting any vehicle maintenance issues or other problems to your supervisor in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience as a courier or delivery driver, preferably in the courier, logistics, or transportation industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure timely deliveries
  • A valid driver's licence and experience operating a motorcycle or bicycle
  • A good understanding of the local area and familiarity with Mandaluyong City Metro Manila
  • A reliable and punctual work ethic, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
