Job Summary

The Delivery Rider is responsible for the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of

pharmaceutical products to customers, clinics, and partner facilities. The role requires

experience in handling sensitive or fragile medical items, maintaining a professional

demeanor during customer interactions, and ensuring proper documentation of each

transaction. The Delivery Rider must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to follow

assigned routes and schedules while observing traffic and product safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Customer Handling

  • Deliver pharmaceutical products to clients, patients, and healthcare providers

following assigned routes and schedules

  • Ensure all products—especially fragile, cold-chain, or sensitive items—are

transported under proper conditions

  • Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude when interacting with customers
  • Provide proof of delivery (POD), collect signatures, and issue receipts when

applicable

Product Handling and Documentation

  • Review and confirm the contents of delivery packets and boxes before dispatch
  • Adhere to cold-chain handling requirements for temperature-sensitive medications,

when applicable

  • Secure delivery documents and submit them at end-of-day for reconciliation
  • Report delivery issues, incidents, or delays immediately to the Admin_Office

Coordinator (Manager)

Vehicle and Route Management

  • Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness (tires, brakes, lights, fuel,

etc.)

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned delivery motorcycle or

vehicle

  • Optimize delivery routes for fuel efficiency and on-time performance
  • Follow traffic rules and ensure safety during trips

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with supervisor to confirm delivery instructions and product conditions
  • Communicate delays, reroutes, or issues promptly via call or messaging group
  • Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries when required

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • At least a High School Graduate or TESDA-certified
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a delivery rider, ideally in pharmaceuticals,

food, or e-commerce

  • Prior experience in handling fragile, temperature-sensitive, or time-critical products

is preferred

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes
  • Ability to follow delivery protocols and safety standards

Other Requirements

  • Valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1 & 2 or equivalent)
  • Updated NBI clearance and barangay/medical clearance
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Willing to work extended hours or weekends if necessary

Salary Range

₱14,000 – ₱18,000 monthly (depending on experience and license)

Includes government-mandated benefits, fuel and maintenance allowance, and daily

delivery performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
